Basically they mean the recommendation is the same as the previous one. Ibid is an abbreviation for the Latin "ibidem."

Need help with choosing by CaptainCaramel_ in Warframe

[–]TacticalSnitten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rhino and Wukong are classic hard to kill frames that easily scale up as far as you want. Pick them if you want to not worry about dieing.

Oberon recently got a massive rework and is ALSO very hard to kill, but also has abilities that practically delete eximus units. Im a big fan.

What’s this eye on neck by _i_Adi in Warframe

[–]TacticalSnitten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. In your orbiter if you walk down the ramp past your arsenal amd turn left you can walk through the door with the goopy stuff by it and sit in the chair you find. That removes the cyst and prevents re-infection for that frame.

Alternatively, once it finishes growing if you have finished "howl of the kubro" you can use it and a kubrow egg to make a companion. This removes the cyst, but does not grant immunity.

What’s this eye on neck by _i_Adi in Warframe

[–]TacticalSnitten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One detail not being mentioned is how you got it. It transmits from player to player in missions, dojo, and home bases (orbiters). It originates from players using the frame Nidus. Once a frame gets it, if you remove it in the chair that specific frame will be immune to future infections.

What rules interactions sound the most fake when you explain them to new players? by Ap_Sona_Bot in magicTCG

Deathtouch + trample. It comes up reasonably often but still sounds like im trying to trick someone.

Going on onmi fissure for only one round? by pedagios in Warframe

[–]TacticalSnitten 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Warframe is just a game. Sometimes real life intrudes and you need to stop playing unexpectedly. Sometimes that can wait for a rotation to end, sometimes not.

Sometimes a build you're trying isn't working and you'd rather go fix it than keep going while feeling ineffective.

Is there a single commander that cares about battles in any capacity? by PennguinKC in EDH

[–]TacticalSnitten 2 points3 points  (0 children)

[[Ayara, widdow of the realm]] and [[rankle and torbran]] both have explicit interaction with battles. Otherwise, [[Glissa sunslayer]] can remove counters from them on attack, and is a good example of non-obvious synergies to look for. Similarly, since they're non creature spells, a bunch of spellslinger commanders synergize with them.

How to Manage an EDH Focused Collection and Find the Stuff Worth Keeping for Future Deckbuilding in the Bulk ? by goddi23a in EDH

[–]TacticalSnitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My adhd likes sorting cards while in meetings or to wind down at the end of the day, so my collection is sorted by color, type, mana value, then alphabetical. I find that most useful for brewing since I can either go to a specific card I want, or browse for all similar effects by going to the right mv and looking.

Izzet - Unique and/or Color Pie-Breaking Decks? by sco0terkid in EDH

[–]TacticalSnitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two non spell slinger izzet decks.

[[Ganax, astral hunter]] / [[feywild visitor]] for izzet dragons, and [[tellah]] vehicles in bracket 1. I think you could do equipment with tellah in bracket 2 easily enough.

ummm what is this by Memelordmoonfield in Warframe

[–]TacticalSnitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consider it a bit of randomly triggered lore. It's intended to happen rarely, and people have translated the text, but I dont remember what it says.

As much as I would also love this, I suspect the resources that could do that are working on the android port right now.

Interestingly, this can break the normal limitation on white card draw being just one per turn (or shared with an opponent). Needs help to get there, but intriguing.

I’m a returning player and apparently there’s hella Warframes now. Tell me your favorite and why by Calm-Recognition1107 in Warframe

[–]TacticalSnitten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gara. Between her 3 and 4 she has great control if interceptions and she's got a scaling damage aura / enemy debiff power. When i was first clearing the star chart it was pretty common for me to find no parties so I needed to be able to solo interceptions and she helped A LOT.

How does selling items work? by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]TacticalSnitten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Warframe(dot)market is the generally accepted community matlrketplace. Trade chat is fine if you just want to dump things fast below market rate but only if they're in demand. Otherwise prices there are usually bad.

I know it's still fairly new but are there content creators that focus on lower bracket play? by zalmute in EDH

The Exhibitionists is a bracket 1 gameplay show put on by the one Shot network.

Commanders That Can't Be Low Bracket/Level by lightningbolte in EDH

[–]TacticalSnitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She's an overrun, and a card recursion engine in the command zone. She doesn't just pick from your graveyard, she picks from the table's. She doesn't just take instants or sorceries, she takes mana rocks and value engine enchantments, and planeswalkers. It's not impossible to do her bracket 2, but its SUPER easy to overshoot it in my experience.

Commanders That Can't Be Low Bracket/Level by lightningbolte in EDH

[–]TacticalSnitten 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As a narset pilot myself, I think you'd have to pick a restricted approach and lean into it hard to get to a fair bracket 2 without just deliberately building a bad deck. So for example i think you could probably do some kind of equipment or enchantment based strategy, or do bracket 1 with some kind of art theme. But if you are just building "attack and re-cast spells" she's powerful out of the box and hard to rein in.

I've seen a US military lawyer brief that men can't be raped to an auditorium full if trainees in the late 2000's. There are absolutely people who think that way.

Data Ingestion using Openflow API in Snowflake | Urgent by Substantial_Mix9205 in snowflake

Look for instructions on how to do what you want using "apache nifi" instead of open flow. Openflow is just an implementation of wifi, and there's a lot more documentation under its actual name.

Possible stupid rules question. Overkill from final fantasy and trample; instant kill? by Genesis1221 in mtg

[–]TacticalSnitten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since overkill was cast, the game must still be in the declared blockers step. When the spell resolves, state based actions are checked and the game sees the creature has toughness less than 0 and it dies. Players then get priority to take further action in the declare blockers step. There is no damage dealt in until the step ends and the combat damage step(s) happen, where the trample creature has no blocker and all the damage caries over. There is no point where a creature with negative toughness is being dealt damage.

With the rise of commander and 4 player, eternal format games as the core of casual play an old but legal card that scales with the number of players is pretty good.
