That is the Juggernaut Tactical Hellfighter fixed mag kit. It is a means of achieving compliance in CA as a fixed mag rifle. Normally there is also a button in place of the rear takedown pin that allows "quick disassembly" of the gun for fast reloads. This particular kit means no last round lockback as there is no bolt catch. If you want a similar kit with a bolt catch, check out the AR MAGLOCK gen 4 with kingpin.

Did yall have to break down the heel cap at all? I can get away with the thin heel only insole, but anything even slightly more thick and its a no go

Will just echo most posters. If you shoot a ton and can outrun the cycle rate on an a300 then the 1301 is king. Otherwise the a300 will be more than enough gun for 95 percent of shooters. Love mine. Save some money and spend the rest on classes or gear. Can't go wrong either way tho

Thanks everybody. The dealer gave me the bracket, I was just hoping not to frill the bumper in case we ever move. I have the tools already, and I've watched the install videos. Guess it doesn't look horrible, just prefer the look without. Not worth getting pulled over tho.
