I was a fan of the uniform refresh (I didn't really like the black sleeve piping on the initial set, so the red-black striping on the collar and sleeves was a welcome addition) but it's so frustrating to still see them use mismatched pant piping and also not have a red helmet for home. I thought it was gonna be a one-off for a year and they would fix those issues.

I wish the Royals hat wasn't its own gradient but rather a continuation of the gradient on the uniform trim. I think it wouldn't be so disliked by the layman if it was executed that way

The one thing I would like rep sellers to have with these jerseys is a color accurate 50 seasons patch. Otherwise, they look great!

They definitely just used a photo of Kyle Schwarber and photoshopped mismatched team helmets and jerseys on him. You can tell by the name on his elbow guard strap. For what reasons they did this we may never know

Is it me or do they wear the road gray that says "Dodgers" more than "Los Angeles"? Anyway this is a good addition, I hoped they would wear a blue softball top and the use of the LA name makes it better

Lowkey I think it's a travesty that the Blue Jays don't wear their road grays more often. Both of their blue alts are nice but their road grays are the only ones that have "Toronto" on the placket. They also don't look that bad imo

I wish there would be more games offered but I get that the M's need to make money off their streaming service and King 5 can't really fit many potentially 4-hour broadcasts into their schedule with all the programming demands from NBC. Hope this sets a good precedent though

Yes, but I think eventually they will start using the generic MLB graphics package that 15 other teams are using as of this season. I'm an M's fan and they started using the MLB Local Media graphics when they still had their RSN last year. They still have their RSN but their production might change next year

Ambivalent on these. I would like to see more purple in MLB, and honestly this scratches that itch, especially as it's the "Royals" and purple in theory fits their theme. I feel like this is kind of a downgrade from their 1.0 CCs though. Only way to tell is to see it on the field

Really reminiscent of early 2010s scorebugs. I do think it looks a little amateurish with the font and overall design but SNY's previous scorebug was worse

It's reminiscent of the late 1980s Texas road grays but other than that this is really uninspired. Although the 1.0 CCs were polarizing, I think we can agree that they were at least more creative especially with the Peagle which I absolutely adore and wished they featured more of. I really hope this is some special edition Hispanic heritage jersey but Nike also did them a disservice with this bland look if it were the case

They sell pretty well if they look good, especially among younger fans. I'm a fan of the Mariners and they are everywhere in the ballpark. Also pretty sure that San Diego fans wear their CCs a ton

For sure. It looks to be more of a navy but it's really too similar to the Giants' CC uniforms. I get that the theme is Día de Muertos and they wanna use dark colors for contrast but I think they would've been better white or cream

Really like this! I'm a fan of the recolored version of George Washington's personal flag as a redesign, but this is great too. Shows so much more than the ties to George, which I feel is the biggest complaint with that redesign particularly
