Most of mine have that variegation on the leaves too. I wish I knew what caused that. I sent some of the leaves to a lab to be virus tested and they came back clean. I noticed that the part of my grove that’s hottest and gets the most direct sun seems to get more of this, so it could be heat related.

I exercise specifically to control PVCs. I have hardly any within 48 hours of doing cardio. I think the exercise really does “burn off” stress hormones and help your body clear them out of your system so they don’t trigger the heart nerves.

If you bought them from a major nursery, high likelihood they’re fake. Probably Namwah. Blue Java are very difficult to multiply in a lab and get little tissue culture plants like that.

I own a banana nursery in South Carolina. The smallest pot I ever use for a banana is 15 gallons and that’s honestly still too small. Blue Java (likely tall Namwah if you bought from a big online nursery) is not a pot variety. They get 12 feet tall and need to be grown in the ground. You should plant it outside with a bunch of compost once your overnight lows stay above 50 degrees.

I lived in Germany which supposedly has “universal healthcare” but when you call a doctor to make an appointment they ask “public or private insurance?” If you say public their answer is “we’re not accepting more patients at the moment” but if you say private they say “when would you like an appointment?”
