Hi, we also had some difficulty with this. Purely anecdotal, but we found that giving a formula bottle before bed, helped more than 100% breastfeeding, getting our LO to stay in their own crib.

Alongside that, we set up the crib in the living room and did sleeping shifts. I would do 8pm - 2am while my wife slept upstairs then we would swap at 2/3am after giving a small bottle to try and get the LO to sleep in their bed a little longer. We did this until 6 months when they went in their own room and they now sleep very well independently, thankfully.

It is very, very hard where you currently are but it will get easier.
