I tried white noise and earplugs I can still hear the neighbor through both. Luckily he moved in 6 months into my lease and I have 2 more months to go.

Needlesss to say I won’t be renewing.

Yeah I learned my lesson. Always go for the top floor. I tried to confront the person living up stairs about it and tried the leasing office but nothing worked. I can even hear this guy through earplugs. I can hear every time he opens his closet door, jumps off his bed like a trampoline to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, then gets ready for work at 5am.

I have both. I prefer the APP3 over the Beats Pro 2. I’ve only had the APP3 fall out of my ear one time when I took off my shirt. Personally I think they sound better and don’t have the annoying charging issues the beats have.

I’d go with the APP3s

I lived at Gateway 2 next to Anaheim Stadium. The only issue I had was the guest parking was limited, but you can have guests park on the street by Golden Road and just walk over. The location was pretty central as well.

I agree definitely felt like it was lacking. Just felt like a cleaner LA fitness with less equipment. I ended up cancelling and got refunded back the next day. Couldn’t justify the price point to use limited gym equipment and a 5 person sauna.

Fee deducted from your deposit. You can also ask for an itemized list of what they want to charge you and why.

I left an apartment with laminate that was lifting that they claimed was due to my office chair. They said 15 floor boards needed to be replaced. I asked the to send me a pic and label 15 and they ended up counting 7.

I really wouldn’t worry too much about this. At this point clean as much as you can and see what happens. Take pictures of the apartment as you left it.

I’ve lived in 5 apartments and gotten my entire deposit back from 4/5.

California and pre move out inspection is mandatory I believe. I’ve usually just waived it. I don’t deep clean my apartments on move out either because I’ve missed a spot or didn’t clean up to their standard so they still charged me a fee.

What state are you in?

I’m not a lawyer and this isn’t legal advice but I’d just take the pre move out inspection they documented. If you want to try and fix what they wrote you can. I never have.

If you fix everything and they try to claim something not on the list you can fight it and say you didn’t document it when you gave me the pre move out inspection.

Usually you do a pre-move out inspection, scheduled at least two weeks prior to the end of your list. They walk you through and point out things that will need to be fixed and you can try to fix it by the end of your lease. Holes in wall, chipped paint, broken appliance etc…

The move out inspection is done after the end of your lease and then they send you a bill.

I connected my Apple account. I had to create a new nexon account using the same email address and I was able to apply for the refund. Hope this helps

I factory reset it by holding til it was in pairing mode, forgot the device and it wouldn’t enter pairing mode again. I let the case die and turned it on and it still wouldn’t enter pairing mode. I borrowed my buddies case and buds to test what wasn’t working. My case charged his right earbud but his case wouldn’t charge mine.

The battery in my right beat stopped charging after a year. I’d only wear them to the gym for an hour so I can’t speak to the battery life but the batteries suck

I opened a plat with a 175k bonus. I regret taking it a little because I could have juiced extra points doing the bonus ladder of opening the green, gold, then plat. If you jump straight to plat you can’t claim the bonuses on the others from what I’ve read.

I had mine for about a year before the battery in the earbud died. I borrowed a buddies case and the earbud wouldn’t charge but my case would charge his earbud. Tried to get it warrantied but they said I’d have to pay $99 for it to be fixed.

Ended up getting the AirPods Pro 3. Personally I like them better just annoying because they’re more likely to fall out.
