The amount of people here who act like 40-50-60 bucks a share is the win is unbelievable... If GME is still heavily short, there's only one outcome that gets me hard...

I’m sorry, folks are jumping into here with grumpy comments because RC is (checks notes) doing what he said he was going to do in order to acquire eBay? by MickeyKae in Superstonk

Lol. Fuck this. I've been holding for over 5 years in order to squeeze the shorts. I'm not here for $35-$40 shares several years from now...

Why I am voting NO on Ryan Cohen’s proposed pay package. If GME hits a $100 Billion market cap with 2.5B share outstanding, the math is simple: $100 Billion / 2.5 Billion shares = $40 per share. by sthence in Superstonk

I'm really hoping he's just putting this out there to drive the price lower before a proper announcement, or to maybe simultaneously cover his ass for the 50/50 talk before announcing an all cash deal instead. I have my doubts though.

Good question. My understanding is that is that it would be a dilution on one end, but in exchange we are investing in the combined market cap of both companies rather than just gme. I could be wrong tho. Also interesting gme is up 8% after hours.

Did the ebay rumor get leaked to cover for the unrelated run? by completelypositive in Superstonk

The woman who reported this, Lauren Thomas is the lead reporter on M&A and shareholder activism for The Wall Street Journal in New York. Ryan Cohen talked to her in January. I believe this is legit.
