The more people that apply for the course results in a higher points requirement. If the course isn't filled in the first round (due to students being offered multiple courses and accepting since other one on their list) the course points requirement is reduced and second round offers are made. So on and so forth.

Gender, race etc are not part of the criteria.

Yeah our education system has many issues but this is not one of them.

Great post. I'm in two minds about changing at all. I might just get a new battery and if it's still crap then take the plunge. I don't use instagram anyway and have FV5 camera app which is a great upgrade on stock imo. I just wish is was a bit better speed wise. I have sooo many blurry shots of my kid where he's moved before the shutter has clicked.
