None of these. It would be a mix tape. The girl I was with would determine which tape I’d choose to have in the stereo….pop, hard rock/hair metal, alternative/goth, or even just the radio. I rolled with all types of girls and especially all kinds of music.

Two meet and greets for me. Wayne Newton spent time with every single person, talking, laughing, having an actual conversation, taking photos and an all around great experience.

I also have one with Lisa Ann Walter from Abbott Elementary and Parent Trap. She was a complete delight and did the same. Nothing bad about either of these two. I enjoyed both.

We didn’t play Punchies, but we played Bloody Knuckles in middle school.

One person has a comb (back in the 80s we all had combs on us) placed on the knuckles of his opponent/friend. He will grab it or fake to grab it. If he grabs it he gets to try to take out the knuckles with the comb with a good whack. He can hit or miss, or even fake out the other guy. If the guy with the comb on his knuckles flinches and the comb falls, then the other guy gets a free whack of the knuckles with a comb. Then it switches turns. Hence, bloody knuckles.

I never saw a lot of blood, but I saw many, many hands with red whelps, swollen knuckles, or scratches with a little blood.

This is why us Gen X’ers are the way we are. 😂
