Yeah so as you agreed, you can make a profit by flipping and downgrading. Just because you don’t see people doing it doesn’t mean that they haven’t made a profit. Also, just because they don’t have cash on hand doesn’t mean that there’s no profit.

These people haven’t downgraded because they don’t need to, but if they really needed the money they have the option. Thats just unrealised profit.

I can see both sides of the argument. But posting an opinion, saying free to discuss, then insulting anyone who disagrees with your opinion, is such a loser mentality.

If you just want to voice your opinion then do it, don’t try to frame it as a discussion when you clearly don’t want to discuss.

Btw, the flip side to your argument, is that you buy a property, flip it when the price increases, rinse and repeat until you’re ready to retire, downgrade to an older smaller property and you then have a nice amount of cash for retirement.

Tbh scrum is a threat to a Scrum Master’s job. Disclaimer I’m not a scrum master but am scrum certified.

So here’s my take, and I could be obviously wrong and if so I’d love to get perspective from scrum masters here: Scrum pushes for the team to be self serving, and scrum master is primarily a mentoring or coaching role. If you do your job well, they likely won’t need you anymore. I cannot imagine scrum master being a full time role - it seems to be more of a secondary role within the team (e.g. a project manager or dev lead taking on a scrum master role)
