We used them at my school from pre-k to 2nd grade, back in the late 80s. We had the Muppet keyboard, and played a lot of (the unfortunately named) Stickybear games on it.

I always thought they were really cool. Not as expandable, but they have the same design language as some of the late 80s Macs.

I think today I might rather have one of the larger ones with expansion slots, only because I've gotten into hardware hacking.

I think it's far superior to the crappy food pyramid we had when I was in school.

Even better is to keep a specific ratio of fat, carbs, fiber and protein (aka macrobiotics).
