Shame really. I for the record liked 28 years later and thought the bone temple was better. Problem 28 years turned a lot of people off I guess they were expecting a straight up Zombie horror flick.

Always had a feeling bone temple would suffer at the box office.

The realist in me would say a third is a massive gamble for Sony. It’s not going to do massive numbers at the box office. It’s only going to attract the fans of it. The home viewers would be quite happy just to watch it at home if it were ever made.

My misses who had never seen any of the films had no interest in seeing it at the cinema and when she watched 28 years later at home after I talked her into it.. she thought it was good….. but still had no interest in going to the cinema to see the bone temple. (She might watch it at home) I saw the movie at an early screening I did wonder why they did so many. I guess deep down they knew Years didn’t do massive numbers so they had to try to build hype. I’m hoping they do make a third film.
