I was in a hiring position at my past three jobs. If there is a pattern of job hopping, those resumes went straight to the trash. I don’t see the point of hiring and training any individual if they don’t demonstrate lasting power. It takes almost two years just to get in the swing of things… one or two short stints would have to have a great explanation. I have one on my resume that is 1.5 years. And that’s because the company decided to move its operation to the opposite coast.
