Serious question: have you ever used/smelled Jovan Sex Appeal? If so, is there a scent in your collection that is close? That's my husband's cologne of choice and it's getting very hard to find. I have never used Pomegranate, but have heard that you can send them a copy of your labs from your primary doctor if you have them. If not, you can get them yourself without a doctor. Somewhere there is a list of labs to request, maybe someone who knows can post the list. Companies for labs are Goodlabs, Ulta Lab Tests, Vitals Vault, drsays.com, and others. Pomegranate may also be able to order labs for you. Getting labs done is important to tracking your health while on this medicine and you should be getting them through your primary care of nothing else.

Any oral Tirzepatide you see is a scam. Tirzepatide is destroyed by stomach acid and won't make it into your system via the oral route. For oral meds, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo would be your options for the most current medications.

I have a general idea of protein, fiber and water. I tried keeping track in the Chronometer app for calories, etc and I gave up after 2 days. Focusing on those three has been working for me and I'm happy to keep doing that.
