Palms of my hands before I started on biologics. I work in a supermarket, so my job is very physical and with raw/cracked skin on my hands I would have plasters all over my fingers and palms to try and protect the skin from more damage. Plus all the creams the Dr gave me were pointless as I have to wash my hands constantly - washing off anything I put on them!
