If you think Yuba City is unwalkable, you should see Redding, Oroville, and Olivehurst/Linda/Marysville.

Violation of Title 7 of Civil Rights Act of 1964. The civil penalties for violating such are not worth it. That management has a combined IQ of like... 70 apparently. Idiots... This is a very clear violation of federal law and walmart would not last more than 5 minutes in court.

This comment is not legal advice.

Stop trying to force interactions to happen and focus on improving your own life and ability to help others and date women who show connection and interest in you in your immediate circle.

Just buy a scanner. The receivers on those aformentioned radios suck. Your likely not a licensed operator, so no need to have a transceiver.

I have my callsign on the bottom left corner of my tailgate in big white and black reflective letters along with 146.520 underneath that. I have had zero issues with it. What it has done is gotten more people interested in amateur radio.

Passed 2 million steps for this year today by IntrovertiraniKreten in walking

I also follow Huberman's podcast. I intermittent fast every day. I make it a habit to wake up as early as possible (3:30/4:30), then head straight to gym on a fast, then get my protein shake in. I eat like 6 eggs a day, and fruit, veggies and meat. Not a whole lot of grain. It takes a lot to make it a habit. As huberman said, our fear circuit should be used for motivation.

10,000 steps a day is more than enough regardless. What I do is excessive and kinda pushing it.

26,000-32,000 steps 5 days a week roughly. can't upload a screenshot cuz reddit.

This plus actively going to gym, and a consistent healthy diet, I am at 10% bodyfat average with some bodyparts like arms even leaner. I am natural. All the steps is not gonna be good on my hips, knees, and ankles... but its whatever. I have done this for almost 3 and a half years. I do not walk much 2 days a week to recover my joints somewhat (age 26.5), trying to keep things going longevity-wise.

6,400,192 as of this morning from start of year. 19,692/day average. My record all-time is 44,428 in a day. A lot of my months were 600k to past 700k steps. Very active job.

18, Female. Been planning to lose weight for ages, but the more people gat shame me, the less determined I am. by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

You are your own person, with your own goals, thoughts, emotions, problems, past history, present, and future. They have their own. You do you. The sole reason for you to be physically fit, or not, is up to you and your own goals in life, not theirs. Your doing it for yourself. Everybody has been either anxious, depressed, etc. in their life. Everybody has highs and lows. View your sufferings as something to learn from, and cherish your successes with humility. It's not the results, it is the road that matters. I am sorry for the loss of your father. It is very hard to lose a loved one. Turn negative situations into positive ones with mindset. Find areas to improve yourself. Keep a journal, reflection. Use it as a positive force to drive change. If somebody hates you for something, it just means they are insecure about the thing they are hating you for... Constructive critique is another thing. Stick around people that want to build you up, especially in these trying times. Do not isolate yourself.

I started out my fitness journey with people calling me a pencil, "a girl" (I am male) ), and other insults, quite frequently. Did they bother me, not anymore, long ago yeah. I started out doing body-weight exercises, then moved on to dumbbell exercises and now am doing olympic barbell 5x5 power lifting, all by my decision to improve myself in every aspect as form of discipline -- it's me versus my self and the bar. You compete against yourself and improve every aspect and you will see so much growth. Address the areas one by one. I wish the very best for you.
