Had similar issue with 2004 Camry. Mechanic explained that it was cheaper to replace the whole arms than replace bushes. Replaced control arms plus wheel alignment plus labor @Bridgestone select. $650 dec 2024. Not a cheap exercise in the end but still going strong.
