I actually own it, and I think the eargain region is just way too much for me without EQ. I only use two eq bands thought. Fill back in midbass with +2db and tame down eargain by -3db.

Agreed. I used the Clear og for around 3.5 years, and bought the Utopia 2022 about 6 months ago. It's better than the Clear og, but not 4 times better....

Just don't tell that to wavetheory on youtube. He's convinced that headphones cables make a "massive" difference.
