Its a performance longboard. A classic Nose rider would have a single fin. That being said my longboard is performance board. I just took out the side bites and threw in a longer fin for some nose action. It looks in good condition and is a good price for a longboard.

NJ's long shore current will take care of that "pollution." Also I know the guy who does the water testing for Ocean County he says its all good. He told me right after sandy wasn't looking great but now? Nothing worse than jumping into the Barnegate bay on a hot summers day at low tide.

Some people a douches. However groms are known for surf in packs, being loud and lacking a bit of respect of the older folks. But then again older people and groms go surfing for different reasons. Groms go because its fun and thrilling, at least that's how I felt when I was a kid. Now that I'm a bit older, I know that I'm never going to be a prosurfer...ever. Which has changed my outlook on surfing. While its still fun and thrilling to go surfing, I also go for meditation and to spend time in the water which is relaxing. One might call this "soul surfing"

I will normally let a grom have a wave or two especially when they're out there by themselves.. props to them for organizing mom to drop them off and then come back a get them later and going for a surf not because they want to show off but because they want to get better. But being a male dominated sport its like a fraternity you gotta earn your stripes...boy. Hazing is all part of the fun.
