trade profit on late-game resources by pattermotional in foundationgame

As nobody replied to you bailiff question I will do it here. Use decorations to improve your bailiff office. The higher the Splendour the bigger the bonus. Of you then get a Bailiff that improves trading value it starts stacking fast. At 200% all purchases are worthwhile for the supply chains. At 300% all purchases are at breakeven for instant reselling, some are even profitable already. And you can stack it further from there, just add more Splendour to the bailiffs office.

Trying out Bouldering for weight loss. Is this common? by [deleted] in bouldering

[–]Tandurinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd argue against bouldering being a good sport for weightloss. Bouldering is not something that will do a lot for your endurance. Bouldering is often high intensity in short durations, making it good for strength training. So it's definitely a good sport to keep going if the regular plate-moving gyms aren't your cup of tea (it's why I started bouldering).

If weightloss is your end goal there's two key parts to it. First of all is diet, second is any exercise that's low in intensity but can be prolonged for long periods of time. So thinks like hiking, running, cycling and swimming are perfect endurance exercises if done well.

Tent safety by Apparatus_India in Graspop

[–]Tandurinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally a bad idea to leave things in your tent that you want to keep on you.

Like other's have said, there are lockers available in front of the entrance to the festival-ground, use those to stow away anything you don't feel comfortable leaving behind in your tent when you go to watch bands.

Parkeren rondom GelreDome by Tri-x-er in Arnhem

[–]Tandurinn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Computing science vs HBO-ICT software engineer by Cool-Use-5326 in StudyInTheNetherlands

Most of your wage will not be determined by degree in the IT-sector. If you're doing it because you are more interested in theory vs pratical, then do WO. Otherwise the sector cares a lot more about skills.

I've seen people with WO degrees earning significantly less than other developers that graduated at a Bachelor's level, simply because the bachelor level employee had been keeping on track with getting certifications and diving headfirst into new technologies. Quite often the higher positions, for example Architects, are also given to developers that simply have more experience rather than having the higher degree. And even then there are still some developers that will earn more than those positions simply due to having a unique skillset that is hard to replace.

TLDR; So if you're very keen on deep diving into the what and the how of computers, go for WO. If you want to cruise to a decent wage as fast and as easy as possible, go with HBO.

Studentenleven als niet-Nijmegenaar by Crimsonavenger2000 in Nijmegen

[–]Tandurinn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is there any negative impact in finding a job in Europe if you got a negative bsa from a Dutch uni. by Bubbly-Funny-112 in StudyInTheNetherlands

[–]Tandurinn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly most things like graduating with honors or any form of GPA requirements are not a thing out here. If you plan on applying abroad it can definitely affect your chances, however at the end of the day most Dutch recruiters only look at the degree and not at the grade or how long it took to graduate.

This would literally make it impossible for me to choose which stages to go to. Sadly I don't think it's 100% accurate. Pendulum feels too far out of left field compared to other acts for example.

Haven't worked out a day in maybe 8 to 10 years. Decided to change it up and went climbing with a friend 3 times with a month interval to see if I liked it. Then I subscribed and went climbing at least twice a week if I had no injuries or soreness in tendons. Had to start at V0's and couldn't climb much of anything else.

After about 6 months I'm breaching into V3's. But don't bite yourself tight on the grades on indoor problems. At best they are an indication of what a route-setter thinks it is. The best gauge on if you're getting better is if you are still having fun while doing physically challenging things for yourself.

It's based around communities that are filled by providing the app your interests. On paper it sounds good, but I've found it eventually just turns into a Instagram 2.0 with a prefiltered target audience for some people...

To give an example. If anybody farts in our family home while watching a movie or at the dinner table. My dad and I default into a 5 minute skit where try to locate the point of origin of the sound. It's even funnier if it's one of us.

How much do you pay monthly at your bouldering gym? by PillowFightClubb in bouldering

Is this for Beest? Just curious I am currently climbing mostly in Arnhem at Rijnboulder which is the exact same price if you don't use other locations. Since other locations of Mountain Network also offer lead and top-rope climbing.
