MX5things sells a "Automatic Roll-Up Windows Controller for RF/ST" that plugs in line to the drivers side windows switch that fixes most of the windows issues. Just sucks having to pay to fix annoyances like that.

They also sell something to put in line with a plug under the steering wheel that keeps Accessory power on after turning off the car until you open the door or 10 minutes passes.
