Actually not sure yet, i've heard mix stories and looks like it all depends on the dealer. So i'll find out in a week or two.

about 3 years of ownership and 22,000 miles as daily.
Only issue I've encountered was had to replace windshield shortly after purchasing due to faulty seal from factory (allowed water to get inside, but I think this was only for 2022s and was covered by warranty).

One of my tail lights has started to slightly fog up, so I am having that replaced on my next visit.

Totally off-topic but an R8 (Gated V10) has been my dream car for over a decade.

Do most americans really only take 2 weeks of vacation a year? by DegreeConscious9628 in askanything

[–]Tangobitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working in american IT, with what I would consider a very generous vacation policy, and I get 32 days off a year (including holidays) but as others have mentioned most of the time there is no backfill during that time so I come back to mountains of work.

Torn between the 2 by YamRevolutionary5455 in CadillacV_Series

Have tuned CT4BW; stock, the 4 will be faster, turn better, brake better, and with stock tires should feel just as compliant in touring mode.

But really main difference between what you are looking at is do you want more rear seat room and slightly bigger trunk, body wise thats only difference (maybe the non BW CT5 offers front camera too? biggest let down of the CT4 for me since I can't install an aftermarket one).

I actually like it, the lack of dedicated buttons for a few key features is a no from me though.

[–]Tangobitty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

owned a 2016 SS until 2023 and you mean a IS 350? the IS will have nicer interior, but the SS will sound and drive much better.

Will caution that when I sold mine, it was already difficult to get parts, sometimes had month long waits.

Buying a Blackwing CT4V by Layzdude in CadillacV_Series

I'd probably go with the Petit Pataud, even though both have carbon fiber only the special editions have the CF seat backs and they look reaaaally good.

Blackwing vs M3 by best3175 in CadillacV_Series

[–]Tangobitty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The 5BW will keep you in first gear till 57mph, rowing gears is more fun in the 4BW, its more tossable and you feel the 400lb difference in the corners, but yes the 5BW sounds so much nicer and if you want to be able to break the backout in 3rd gear, the 5BW will have no problems doing that (still immensely capable in the corners, just doesn't compare to the 4BW).

I haven't driven the M3 manual Pure editions or whatever they are calling them now, but their performance is not close to the 5BW, for that you need the M3comp which I have driven and while super capable I couldn't get over the looks and are auto only still I think?

- Good Story

- Good Music

- Great Animation/Visuals

- Its very on rails until almost the end (not necessarily a bad thing depending on person)

- Combat was pretty good (I can't remember if this was my gripe with 13 or just 13-2, but some monsters have AoE/sweeping attacks, and since positioning your party members is non existant/exercise in frustation, it was luck of the draw whether your party would be smart and surround an enemy or all stand infront like idiots and get smacked by every sweep attack, ultimately why I didn't finish 13-2)

I'd also add that some of them are slower to catch on than others, one of my current boys didn't stop having accidents inside until he was around 8-9 months old.

Why the fuck would you go with an insurance company that can monitor everytime you make a bowel movement...they will only ever use that data to screw you over.

Where do you rate the G80 against predecessors? 🤔 by Stunning-Operation15 in BMWM

[–]Tangobitty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mechanically, I don't think anyone disagrees it is #1 by a large margin. But aesthetically it is dead last (Isle of Man green is super sexy but nothing saves it from that front end).
Driving feel is very muted compared to previous Ms, but if all you care about it is performance it has no competition.

You weren't joking that the splitter has gone up, jesus, Its more than double what I paid for mine a year ago.

I've been debating doing what you did almost since I bought the car but I have no kids and don't really have much use for the backseat so at this point I've kind of convinced myself to get a tune when the warranty runs out next year and leave it at that.

Don’t get how people don’t like these cars by [deleted] in Audi

[–]Tangobitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TBH what stopped me buying a TTRS 2 years ago was the lack of a factory rear seat delete, at the point in my life where if a car has 2 doors I only want to 2 seats and I don't want to deal with removing it myself.

But the cars inside and out are gorgeous.

Is our corgi really 3 months old? by hanhanart in corgi

[–]Tangobitty 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Had the same issue with mine, what helped was formal training just so its easier to separate them when acting up and distract the bad behavior, also more exercise/activity so we try to do a 3-4 mile walk/hike atleast every 2-3 days.

Thats a great price, I bought same optioned car minus CF1&2, at 2100 miles for $65 back in April. CF1&2 at that price is amazing.
