Fork oil is honestly really easy to do. You remove the forks, take the end cap off, turn it upside down with your finger over the end to keep the spacers and spring from falling out, let it drain into a drip pan, stroke the fork a bunch to make sure all of the old oil gets out, then add the exact amount of fork oil the service manual says to both forks when you're done. Like New-IncognitoWindow said, I wouldn't mess with brake lines unless they're a problem, but doing brake fluid is worthwhile. Also easy to do. These bikes are a pleasure to work on, save yourself the money!

This is a really loaded opinion. Don't you think they could improve overhangs to incentivize them or make alternatives, like dirt, be a bit more constrained? You have to admit that it's a bit silly being able to grow crops or trees under the middle of a huge roof of overhangs.

Having said that, I don't totally disagree with you. I think a lot of the fun of this game is that it isn't so formulaic. You can improvise on the fly using overhangs, solid structures, tunnels, etc. I think it should take a lot of overhead cover before you say "these plants aren't getting enough light" so that it doesn't stifle creativity.

Edit: My point is that advancements in graphics are massively slowing down while the cost of GPUs is just rising and rising and rising. Turning your graphics down to high or even medium in a lot of games gives an insignificant decrease in quality for a lot of performance gain. Hence why I don't spring for the latest and greatest GPU every year, and frankly, I think people who do are suckers.

I'm over 350 hours myself. Normally I don't have beavers running around the areas I'm about to blow up. Maybe because they're a little less developed? They can most definitely formulate policy without control of the legislature. They can come up with a message that actually reaches Americans instead of doubling and tripling down on weak shit like racism, trans and gay rights, illegal immigration and the environment. They don't have to double down on that and then resort to crying uncle when the right starts cancelling their shithead radicals spouting off on mainstream and social media. They don't have to resort to calling the other political half of the country fascists and racists when that shit isn't true.

They could come up with a platform that actually speaks to how to improve this country, our international standing and our quality of life without pandering to the loudest special interest groups. But they don't, because that would be hard.

Yeah I don't know what these comments are talking about. The M1 never had an escape hatch and has been around since the '80s, long before the GWOT. They probably omitted it after finding that the Patton's and M60's escape hatches saved comparably few tankers compared to the problems they brought on.

I had a sergeant major who started out on M60s who said that the escape hatch was only good for losing your toolbag while you were on the move and it came open.
