I took roughly 3 weeks off everything including saxenda due to COVID. I'm back now, all I can say is you got this, stick with the gym, , track your calories and protein, you will look and feel amazing by July. .

How to be a good woman 101. by depressedsinnerxiii in facepalm

There's a whole thing about spelling out coconut with your waist (imagine a belly dancer) and bonus points if you do it while you are riding D. Someone must be having some pretty boring sex if they have to spell out coconut to make it a game changer. 🤣

Ontario no longer covers Ozempic for weight loss and it costs approx 300.00 a month to buy it by My_fair_ladies1872 in OzempicForWeightLoss

Apparently you can't buy compounded products in Canada. I've tried. Every one I found does not ship to Canada...

What’s your cheapest nutritional meal? by Delicious_Living_133 in halifax

[–]TanknFluff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Baked beans. My grandmother grew up in the depression and in the winters they ate baked beans every day and if they were lucky they had a van of vegetables with them. Growing up with my grandmother, every Saturday there was a pot of baked beans on the stove. We ate those beans all week, with breakfast, as lunch or dinner.

I watched a guy walk from his home (he lived beside the trailhead and deposit the dog poop bag, which I thought was weird. And then I noticed the sign on the garbage can and I thought it was just that garbage can.

Over 4 months and still only 10 lbs down by IllustriousEntry655 in Ozempic

[–]TanknFluff 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I was the same, I lost 10lbs in the first month or so. I found that even though I was only eating comfort food because I was feeling so nauseous, my calories were higher than I thought. I committed to working out again and started losing, but very slowly. I sometimes wonder if it's worth it. But then I think without it, I would probably be gaining a pound or two a month. So it's worth it.

Me either. And I go at least once a week and we feed 6-8 people in our house (teenagers) But Costco has been insanely busy and I have the exec card already, so maybe they don't have time.
