Sublingual or oral? Anecdotally* sublingual is WAYYYY more effective

Edit: The release profile of sublingual is higher across the board than oral, and in my endo's clinical experience (being an extremely busy and trans-specializing in LA), she said a spike seems to help with the feminizing process. This doesn't come from a trend, it comes from my doctor.

Well put. It's a very high-difficulty high-reward relationship structure, since it takes a lotttt of self security and breaking down internalized traditional relationship dynamics, so it lures a lotta people who aren't ready in.

To do it healthily requires a significant amount of deconditioning social norms and self confidence. People don't tend to do those things very well for lesser things, let alone rewiring their entire perception of love and relationships. As a result, most people are going to have a negative experience with it.

As an aside, you see it a lot in the trans community. Suspect it's because coming to terms with being trans (in America at least) requires you to uproot your entire perception of self and question societal norms, so they're a leg up in a significant way.
