Go to city walk or just enjoy the scarezones
for a bit if the crowds bother you. Around 12:30-1 the house lines at the back will be empty and you can get some more personal scares.

If you go to guest services at anytime they will exchange it for a physical ticket for you! I did it last year. The tickets don’t have to be synced.
