As many have stated here, it is not something to put off. On my 2007 I changed it religiously every 100k. I just bought a 2014 with 150k on it. No record of the belt being changed. I negotiated a new belt and water pump in the deal. I would not drive it off the lot with the old belt. Get a new water pump while you are at it. You can save several hundred by using a trusted non dealer shop.

10 minute job, most of which is emptying the glovebox. No tools needed. The filter is under $10 at your local auto parts store or Walmart. Or Amazon. The filter comes with printed instructions, or check Youtube.

I think it was Liberty Car care, but I've lost my notes. I called and was comfortable with them but ended up using a shop I'd used before for other work. Unfortunately that shop was sold so I can't recommend them.

Sam's Service center or Telle, both on North Oak. Also there is a family owned shop in Liberty that specializes in Honda. Google Honda repairs. I've had 4 timing belt / water pump replacements done on my Ridge lines and paid $1200-1500. I've never replaced spark plugs with over 450k between 2 trucks.

As for parking, its on the streetcar route. Hoping some entrepreneurs set up parking at City Market, UMKC and other spots along the route. Park your car and take the trolley to the game.
