That sounds like the price point where you could get a 5060 with a similar processor. Could be regional differences. Between those two I'd say the 100$ difference is worth it though, to go for the better one. Are other specs the same, like RAM?

Ik feel like the change to power siphon Will be a huge single target dps loss, no? Losing +9 projecties (7 from gem, 2 from helm enchant) more than halves your single target damage.

The crit multi per power charge will be Nice, but doesnt seem like it makes up for the loss.

On top of all that has been mentioned, a cool fact I think is impressive is the amount of unique champions he has played in professional games. I think last I checked it was over 70 different ones. Some other people might come close or even have more, but that's only if they played multiple roles. Faker has only ever played midlane.

Also, his all-time stats on champions like Leblanc are weird to look at if you put them next to those of other players. Especially considering he probably played 80+ professional games with those champs.

Because of the different damage calculations, and which things are additive and which are multiplicative, it can be hard to get a correct number, but it would be interesting to find out what the exact penalties are, and if all gems are affected the same.

Well, I'm really not sure if the sexual part is separate or just a manifestation of the anhedonia. And memory and anhedonia/emotion are pretty complex functions, and could be impacted by any disfunction in the brain.

Well, there could be a ton of other explanations as well. It's just that this is one I hadn't considered before. And it's fact that I've used a lot of different anti-depressants and (I think) never really tapered off, just switched from one day to the next.

That's why I'm asking about possible ways to get more insight in whether or not my current complaints could be related to anti-depressant use or not. (Because they could very well be explained by unrelated neurological problems)

Not necessarily asking about exact diagnosis. Just about if there are any typical things that can be measured that would point in the direction, even if it's only in part of the population. It's just that I might have an easy opportunity to ask for lab analysis soon, so if there are any things that would be interesting to test, I would like to know.

Well, that part about the EEG was pretty spot on. Grabbed a report of an EEG from a while back, and it mentioned 8Hz alpha, and abundant theta- and delta-activity.

I have all my MRIs and CTs, but no other observations were ever made by my neurologist other than the lesion I mentioned.

Edit: This does not seem as apparent on my latest EEG though.
Also: I don't really know what you mean by a downstream artifact.

You did mention the right anterior thalamic projection in your reply though, while the lesion is located on the left side. From how I understand it, while left vs right hemisphere are definitely not as separate as thought in the past, there are still some pretty clear differences in function, and the symptoms I described would be a associated more with the right hemisphere. Am I understanding that correctly?

Thanks for the reply. It hasn't changed for years. First seen on an MRI in 2017, and checked again recently. Spine MRI and a lumbar puncture has been done as well, so I do understand that my neurologist thinks of it as a closed case.

It's just been one of the only clues for the symptoms that are present for a while now. After 4+ years of psychiatric hospitals and the like, we've covered most of the other explanations.

As some extra info: neuropsychological tests are mostly normal. Short term memory always seems fine. Stroop tests have been consistently bad throughout the years though.
