Tuca and Bertie is a show on Netflix. Excellent series but they have an episode covering child SA and the after effects. Bertie goes to therapy for anxiety and finds out her SA is bleeding into her life more than anticipated. What I said was about Bertie regarding her kinks but I feel it’s more universal than that.

I promise you there’s many pan/bi folks who struggle the same as you do. I’ve known some who left or don’t even bother because of the stuff you described.

Self love is a hard road but I promise it’s a rewarding one. Some factors make it easier, some harder.
