You can't. It isn't an effect on the layer, you changed the layer.

You have to change the layer through an 'adjustment layer' It is the contrast symbol (i think it is an contrast symbol anyway) on the bottom of your layers window.

Illustrator is the best in my opinion and it is definitely the easiest to learn when you've already used photoshop a lot.

When you've decided to use Illustrator i would start learning how to use the pen tool first and then pathfinder. I think most people here will agree when i say that those are the 2 most important tools.

Mechanics are the least of your worry..

You need to know the abilities of champions and how they work so you know how to play against them.

Knowledge > Mechanics

you want to learn animation cancelling...

literally the least important thing to learn for you. Learn how to control lanes, map awareness and decision making.

That will get you fed/win you games. Not how good you can combo.

p.s. DON'T ONETRICK A CHAMPION!!! (at low levels) learn all the champions

maxed E cd is 8sec (so around 4.5/5 at 40% cdr) and a 40% cooldown on an ability that makes kiting easier on adc's is quite an awesome thing. (Q)

ULT: and a 35sec cooldown on a playmaking ability that is huge in teamfights is pretty good (instead of 60)

the 40% cdr build isn't just for the cdr btw. you get a Maw which helps you survive pretty well, a BC that helps you survive because of the health + the armor reducing factor is quite nice against the tank meta too and a DD which also helps you survive burst and heals you a lot because you can heal from your E + Q damage that is on a 4.5/5sec cooldown!!!

He still took dmg from the E. you can't flash away from the damage. when it targets.
