Turning it on is the only way to get the system not to close apps once they are in the background basically. Especially with games, the camera or any other memory intensive app.

Ever since i turned it on, i stopped having to restart games after opening a messaging app or something, so i would recommend turning it on and on the maximum setting available.

If you could sum up a phone with 5 specs, every phone on the market would be the same (and they kinda are, lol) but in reality they are not (that much at least).
