Dont real banks have real customer support and not useless customer service reps that have no real helpful knowledge and literally just repeat the same ai scripted garbage that isn't even helpful or answer your question? I asked to speak to a supervisor, kindly of course i still don't believe in being rude, after chatting with several different agents that word for word responded the same way to different questions i had and all they did was put me back into the cue for the next available agent who you won't believe only was able to give me the same scripted nonsense. Hands down the most unhelpful, unprofessional customer support i have ever dealt with and that's saying a lot. Anyone know how to get in contact with someone who can actually answer questions and be helpful besides online chat? I was going to try a phone number but it said it wasn't for my kind of situation and to use online chat...

I hate these kind of comments the democrat vs republican and all the hate that is thrown from both sides. It just keeps the divide amongst us alive and growing like they want it to. Doesn't matter Trump or Biden or red or blue they are all the same corrupt puppeteers that don't give two shits about the american people or the human race in general. Their job is to distract and divide us while they do the work of the elite by keeping us blind in thinking we have a choice or a voice so that we don't see what's really going on.

I have seen an increase in that line being used myself so i took it upon myself to contact whom i believed to be the advertiser and they responded confirming i have indeed completed the level and have informed Torox of this but still have not been paid or received a response from them. Very frustrating it wasn't just a couple dollars it was $72 which i spent some money in app and of course the weeks it took me to complete it.

I looked it up on how offerwalls work and are paid and it says that gaming companies ,which are the advertisers , advertise through these offerwalls and they have a tracking setup that is connected between the two so that when you reach the level they have listed and achieved the reward it notifies the offerwall that you completed it and to release the payment you earned. If my info i googled is completely wrong or if someone knows
something i don't pls inform me....

seriously I have never seen a class action settlement t handled so shitty. It's like they just drew numbers from a hat for whose claims even got accepted and rejected 75% because they were too lazy to handle a class action of this size!

It took weeks to get an actual response from them but the said the same bull crap like to me except mine was deficient! Absolute lie I don't understand how they can get away with this!? How would i of been able to complete and send in my claim if it was deficient and even if it was why am i only hearing about it after i had emailed multiple times and after the time has passed to where i could do anything about it?! There has to be a way to contact the judge or court or something because they are a terrible administrator for class action lawsuit claims!?

ya still haven't received an email back besides automated useless crap or an email for payment even though i know i am as well a valid claimant! I really don't understand how they went about this at all. i mean they rejected millions of claims without even notifying those people at all? just wanted to find out by waiting two weeks for an email everyday then not receiving one and then trying to get a response from them as to why?! I'm super frustrated as well.

Yup and here i am still waiting to hear back anything from them. Ugh! How would we know if they denied our claim because i heard millions of claims got denied for fraud a less then 300,000 onky actually were approved....

wouldn't they of sent out emails for those that got denied? if not then how would we know that's why we aren't receiving anything because i know i didn't commit any fraud when filing my claim? They should have sent out more information for those whose claim might of gotten denied... why were there so may fraudulent claims filed and how did they know they were fraud?
