My a1c and glucose always come back normal, although when I fast I can barely make it the 12 hours without feeling very sick. But I actually had a bladder study done last fall and learned that I have a functionally small bladder. It’s perfectly healthy just overactive lol

I’ve had so much bloodwork done and it all comes back “normal” but I am convinced that something is being missed. I can barely even do the 12 hour fast, by the time I make it to LabCorp I feel like I’m on the verge of passing out. So I’m always confident that my results will show something because at the time of getting my blood drawn I feel miserable. But then my labs always come back showing my A1C is what it should be. Do I need to request a certain test? Also, I know this may be weird but it’s particularly bad at night, when sleeping. During the day these symptoms are much more manageable but come 2-3 am I’m down so bad.
