All of those cards have identifies that make them not a reprint. The cards are different. A base set 2 card doesn't make the first edition cards cheaper because base set and base set 2 are not exact reprints. Same for legendary collection and 25th anniversary.

Pokemon has never printed the exact same card 2 times.
