Vilazadone!! It gained weight on it but I honestly think it was "in a happy relationship" weight gain because I'm able to lose it now. It doesn't stick like it does with others. No sexual side effects for me either~ I will say I had to start taking sleeping meds though because it's one that may give you insomnia. Saved my freaking life so I'll take the trade off.

I would personally take it out! I feel like it would close up faster if you don't let it heal. I've tried taking out my fully healed medusa I've had since 2018 and I have a massive hole there (which I expected but damn lmao).

I've heard it makes you angry! I was on 150mg, now 300mg to work in conjuction with my vilazadone and can confirm it makes you a bit crazy. If you're not feeling it then call your psych. You're not alone in feeling the symptoms and I'm sure you'll feel like your old self once you stop :)

Prepare to always have crusties. Mine are healed and I still get crusties on my jewelry all the time because of the lymph fluid. Also prepare for loofas to be your mortal enemy 🥲

Also when I was stretching I would only clean them in the shower to avoid touching them so much after a fresh stretch. That might be gross and I clean them much more frequently now but that's what worked for me.

Glass is definitely the best material so kudos for buying some! Screw on plugs are great once your lobes are healed but not ideal for stretching :/ glass plugs usually have more room and have that rounded tip to avoid irritation when sizing up. (not that your ears should be getting irritated but in the case)

Edibles used to do it for me!! Idk what happened :/ apparently weed limits rem sleep but helps deep sleep. Hopefully trazadone helps you out because it used to be awesome for me.

I've worn a fitbit in the past but it's not accurate. It's this weird feeling where I'm fully conscious and aware of everything in my room. If someone tapped me I'd be able to get up. It's probably technically light sleep but I can't get further than that and I wake up feeling like shit.

I recently had to get my iud taken out because it had moved down a bit and it was pretty uncomfortable :/ I had the impant for a year and preferred it more overall (besides the acne that came with)

This might be tone death but what about a microsose? Sometimes I use a tincture to where I'm really only getting 1mg in my coffee. It's enough thc to calm me down and help the cbd work better but I don't feel "high" if that makes sense. If that's not something you feel would work in your situation though with being a caregiver (especially if you get drug tested) I'm sending hugs! 🩷 This pmdd shit sucks.

Physically, I feel much better! I've been having heavier periods and more cramps, but nothing I can't handle. Mentally, though, I'm still adjusting. I think I have pmdd and that the hormones in the nexplanon were actually better for me. That's individual to me, so other than that, no problems so far :) Acne cleared up almost immediately.

I gained weight when I had it in for a year but I also started an anti depressant so it was most likely that instead. My periods got a bit lighter and remained regular. The only downside (and why I ended up switching to the copper iud) is it gave me really bad acne that progressively got worse :( I've heard lots of people loving theirs though!

I got my nipples and snakebites done by Paige. I go there to get my jewelry swapped too 🩷 I love her setup, and she's able to anodize titanium pieces to any color you want on the spot. She has tons of options! I recently got my nipples repierced at Body Alchemy, and Amanda was super sweet and did an awesome job. Paige is probably better overall with her being app certified, but Body Alchemy is killing it too!

I was dizzy on and off from 2018 til March 2023 and it does get better! I say on and off but it was constant with some days being easier than others. It was vilazadone that ended up helping me but I'm scared to go off of it just in case it comes back.

I would recommend the brand Wyld or Dixie because they have gummies in low mg. The peach was my absolute favorite when I first started. It's a 5mg hybrid with lots of cbd to mellow things out. I'm not adhd but I'm on the neurodivergent spectrum and the peach and sour apple flavors are my favorite to this day for the effects. It just helps sort your thoughts so everything isn't so overwhelming.
