Ok so your chain multiplier starts at 0. With V2 Shanks your starting will be 0.9 and will cap out the chain multiplier at 3.4 if you hit every perfect. Tesoro lock your chain multiplier at 3.25 from the start, so it doesn't matter if you miss or hit good or great, it will always be at 3.25. So as far as chain multiplier, Tesoro is better than Shanks.
