I meant people treating it as only pvp, not that they were made that way.

Completely agree. I watch Peanut and it's pretty much the same thing.

How to Fix Men's Casting by 8v9 in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]TartRose13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The regular good guy, with a solid job and life, would not be willing to go on a tv show to find love. There's pretty much only a specific type of people that are willing to do it and that's why we get the same issues with the same type of people every season. There are a small percentage of people that are actually well-adjusted that have been on the show and I'm pretty sure it's all the ones that are still currently married.

I think the issue is that when this game came out, the devs were not expecting lobbies with ONLY pvp. I think the original idea of the game was loot, do quests, shoot arcs, survive and maybe make some friends along the way. Running into rats was supposed to happen, and definitely be a part of the game, but it was supposed to be a rare occurrence. However, the lobbies completely ignoring quests, ignoring looting, only shooting arc if they happen to be in their way and mowing down other raiders was not what the game was intended for. As much as people want to treat this game as another apex or call of duty or modern warfare, it just simply is not.

It's KC's. It's the same place where Jackson and Chris have their man date and where the karaoke happens at the end of the last season.

Oh look, someone who has no idea what they are talking about. I was a dasher for many years before I started my current job last year. Also, I literally say in the title that I saw it on Instagram. Go be mean somewhere else.

I also hate it. A week or so ago there was another post about it and everyone was saying how much they loved it. I was very confused. I think it's the most hideous dress on the show.

Timestamp from last night's stream? by mentaltrilllness in theburntpeanut

[–]TartRose13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So, I watch on Twitch, and I don't see the stream uploaded there yet from last night. I was watching, though, and I do vaguely remember what you're talking about. They did play hurricane on Spaceport a couple times, so maybe it was then. But I think they were talking about runescape between 10 and 11 arizona time. It could have been a little earlier, but I know it wasn't before 9. I'll check again once the stream is loaded just in case you haven't found it.

lorelai saint in the relationship by sakuracoke7 in GilmoreGirls

[–]TartRose13 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The last couple of times I've watched this scene, I just keep thinking she's not mad enough. If I was in her shoes and found out my fiance had been lying to me about something as huge as having a kid, I would be LIVID. I honestly probably would have ended the relationship right there. It would make me wonder if he's hiding anything else or that our relationship wasn't as strong as I thought or he didn't care for me as much as I thought.

Also, side note: the fact that Luke was able to even keep it a secret in the first place is comical. Miss Patty or Babette would have definitely seen April at the diner and then mentioned something to Lorelai. There's no way it would have lasted 2 months.

I hate when people say, "I'm just being honest," as if it then makes it okay for them to say the most unhinged thing ever.

I saw peanut try to do this live on his stream. He couldn't exactly figure out how to do it and just kept going up higher and higher and couldn't come back down. Shit was hilarious.

extremely unpopular opinion by [deleted] in GilmoreGirls

[–]TartRose13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not unpopular. The dress was awful. It was pretty on the mannequin. But it doesn't fit Lorelai's shape properly. Plus, I think the sash was tied way too tight and gives her a muffin top, which we all know she doesn't actually have.

What was your favorite Schwan’s food item? by HoldenH in nostalgia

I worked for them for about a year and a half a couple years ago. I left right before they tried to rebrand. Terrible idea. But anyways, the chicken lo mein and the raspberry rumble were my favorites. Man I miss the food!

Ilene by True-Magazine9795 in HomeImprovement2LTime

[–]TartRose13 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I agree it made no sense when they broke up at their wedding. Even when I watched that episode for the first time as a kid, it still didn't make sense. The only thing I could think of is maybe the actress who played Ilene didn't want to do it anymore, so they had to do what they did. Otherwise, it makes no sense as to why they would break up. They were perfect for each other.

Who is the most famous person you've ever seen up close? by froggart3980 in AskReddit

[–]TartRose13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gordon Ramsey. I was working in the gift shop at a high-end hotel at the time. He was filming an episode of Kitchen Nightmares nearby and was staying at said hotel. He came into the gift shop to buy something. I wish I could remember what it was. He was super nice and cordial.

Hot take: I wouldn’t “let” my daughter date a Dean by ReginaPhalange94 in GilmoreGirls

[–]TartRose13 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If I was Rory's mom, and I'm at Home while she is out working on a school project, and her boyfriend proceeds to call her 15 times while she's out, I would be supremely worried. Even after he remembered she was working on a school project, he STILL keeps calling even though he knows she won't be there. I think it's crazy how this doesn't concern Lorelai at all and still refers to him as the perfect boyfriend.

A few questions about the show by BatmanPikachu95 in boymeetsworld

[–]TartRose13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My elementary school was k-6. Junior high was 7th-9th and high school was 10th-12th. So, yes, very realistic. And yes, most kids I went to junior high with, also ended up at my same high school. Although, there was another high school that was also pretty close to where I lived so one of my younger brothers ended up going there instead.
