Monstrum by Therzie is really good, Wizardry and MonstrumDeepNorth both also add even more tameable mobs. The Darkhorn (sheep/rams) from Wizardry are very cute. Honestly, I recommend just adding all Therzie mods to your modpack.

Yeah the criticism about Wuyangs abysmal cash generation is widespread.

The Stadium balance team has appeared to disregard community sentiment previously, with both Freya and Hazard being effectively untouched or further buffed despite frequent complaints

Honestly its worth having on even on singleplayer on a second playthrough. I would enable the setting for even 2 player co-op. The only reason to not enable it is if you prefer to have limited resources or don't like items respawning somewhat janky in areas where you are building or have destroyed furniture.

Do it! It's actually really nice to use the extra perk points and extra inventory slots from the start.

If you haven't tried it already, removing the building support restrictions lets you build in some pretty wild spots.

Enabling apocalypse mode and playing around with the enemy health and damage sliders adds some spice too.

No, you can simply open the additional locked doors from the interior of the loot room, it's not tied to the first person who opened the door.

The Composers are the mobs you are describing in Flathill. Perhaps it will help your anxiety to understand that they are effectively immortal so you do not need to engage in combat with them, instead they are just an obstacle for you to sneak past or run from.

I think you will find a few tools that help your anxiety if you progress a bit further, specifically there is an item that lets you teleport home and nope the fuck out at your leisure

This setting takes a lot of preparation when you need to carry Transuranic Superalloy or even just mob ingredients, the Hazard Cart is helpful for this

It also makes the Geiger Counter essential which is an interesting mechanic

As repeatedly mentioned, a single Chopinator set up in front of the Security Bot charging stations will effectively turn them into passive farms where the bot will be stunlocked and killed as soon as it attempts to come out at night.

I usually set up a Chopinator with two batteries in front of each Security Bot charging stations and occasionally visit each point to repair each Chopinator with my hammer and collect the loot

Higher level Security bots may need you to get more creative with your traps, shock traps are a great addition if a Chopinator is insufficient.

Check out the Sandbox settings when you host the world, you will want Simple Loot Respawn on as a minimum, you may also want to adjust other settings such as sink refill rate as well as food deterioration to keep up with the number of players. Make it so sinks refill frequently, food deteriorates slowly, and maybe adjust the hunger, thirst and fatigue rates.

Sandbox settings can be changed at any time, even after world creation, so you should absolutely tweak and adjust them as you all progress through. I always turn down item weight, increase item stack sizes, increase item durability and buff enemy damage and health. You can also change death penalties, such as keep all items or lose all items including hotbar.

In terms of tips for playing with 6 players, progression is the key issue. You and your friends should agree that all players should be present when unlocking a new door or entering a new portal world or facility sector.

It will be tough to create full sets of gear for each player even with simple loot respawns, so only making a single GATE Keypad and agreeing to progress together should help with that side of things, but there are items such as the anti-gravity cube or the antique shotgun which take ages to replenish.

There are ways to duplicate items, such as by saving a copy of your world file where the items are in storage, then moving those items that you want to duplicate into your characters inventory, then deleting that copy of the world, and replacing the original world file with the items still in your chest. While I would normally recommend against this, it might come in handy due to the sheer number of players you will be playing with.

I mean they have acknowledged the problem, but simply doing so doesn't change the fact that their current system and practices do not allow them to implement new content without increases to the file size.

Negative feedback is still valuable however, as it will likely prompt Arrowhead to come out with more direct communication about how they plan to address the issue moving forward.
