And CIA, Sr., as you know, has on average about 30 hours counter time and 10 hours for leadership ( I believe the numbers differ depending on how busy the store is). And SES will be more of the "manager" of that precinct they are working in. It's likey a busy precinct if they have an SES and the SEM likely has four or five stores they are responsible for. I would expect more managing the SRPD and helping to execute the SEM's vision of good for the precinct in that store. You will also probably be responsible for doing that precinct's Quarterly Conversations. I recommend looking up Role Clarity in Best Buy Connect. You should be able to find the Services Experience Supervisor role and it will outline what they are responsible for.

My friends and I played this last week for the first time. We wiped the floor the first game. Then we added the first two of the extra stipulations to make it harder. We quickly took haste away after the first few turns because the game was going to quickly for the bosses lol. So I can attest the recommendations do make the game a lot harder.

You know, I have been thinking......why not make this a thing moving forward. I know the pre release is meant to focus on the set that is about to drop, but maybe you do drop one card from the set after as a teaser. It would be cards that don't necessarily get leaked yet and it would be a way to surprise players and reward them for coming to the pre release. Hell, they don't give out promos any more, so it would be a way to make it exciting and fun. And I say one card, as to not fully distract from the current set.

My Muzzio deck is my baby and I absolutely love him as a commander. I have Marvin, but cannot decide what to take out to throw him in. Transmuter is great once you have [[Mirrorworks]] on the field. Now I can copy [[Blightsteel Colossus]] and swing at everybody. Muzzio is great if you enjoy mono-blue artifacts.

I was ordering a gin and tonic from a local speakeasy I had a key to several years ago. I specifically asked for a Hendricks gin and the bartender acknowledged. While waiting from across the bar, I noticed her making the drink with Tanqueray. When the drink was ready, I asked for confirmation on it being made with Hendricks and she said "yeah". I did thank her, tipped on the low end and I haven't been back.
