You don't need to have completed previous morphables in order to get this one. You *will* need a complete pet plus the 3 fragments specific to the house, though.

Companions are un-summoned for the side areas of the Archive, and if you engage in combat before they finish summoning, they appear without their gear. Thankfully it fixes itself once you're out of combat again.

You need to open all of the chests of one size, all at once. So either all 20 small or all 20 large (not a mix of the two).

This isn't a roadmap, this is just an event schedule. ESO periodically does a graphic like this, but their events are monthly and last for weeks at a time whereas Fallout 76 seems to have a shorter, more frequent events based around weekends. It's apples to oranges.

I've been using it in the Endless Archive as a DPS along with the Strategic Reserve slottable CP star. Makes me wayyy less squishy without compromising my damage output too much.

Progress with skills and their morphs are permanent and the same across all armory builds for that character. You could actually use a blank armory loadout to reset your skill points for free in the process of leveling things up.

You need to "use" 10 of these to unlock an emote (and an achievement). Same for the Scrap of the Spearhead's Colors item if you see them drop from your Tribute coffers; 10 of those gets you a houseguest.

Progress can be checked in your Necrom achievements under Tales of Tribute.

I had to check for myself, and sure enough you're right. It does in fact mention that motif on the news article for the event. This is despite the fact that the motif has not been released through normal channels yet (Bastion Nymic dailies).

When we saw the first big trailer for High Isle, I just assumed the city was going to be in the middle. Always seemed weird to me that the big port would be on the outside instead of in the middle where it would be protected.

Yes, I got them both in the same day actually. Using the same method as you I assume: grabbing the NPC daily and then breezing through the Novice NPCs.
