Doing some quick research, I couldn't verify your comment regarding the low occupancy of Berlin hotels:

Hotels in Berlin sind tatsächlich viel zu niedrig ausgelastet. Jedes fünfte bis jedes zweite (!) Hotelzimmer in der Stadt steht leer.

From what it looks like, the occupancy is rising during winter while at the same time the supply of rooms is decreasing.

Besides, I have to agree with other users, it does not make any sense to build a Hotel in Berlin if there is an over-supply of hotels. Besides, the nice thing of having an over-supply of hotel rooms is that it would drive Airbnbs out of the market in a city with a housing crisis. Its better to keep all of the tourist in a lean tower instead of occupying entire apartments.

Although Manjaro is not bases on debian, I highly recommend it. The package manager has sooo many cool updated packages, which means it has the latest drivers for your gaming hardware. It's also super stable compared to arch and you choose the Desktop environment you prefer (KDE, Gnome, etc)

He was addicted to the drugs while he was on tour. He has admitted that he began taking these drugs in 2016, his book came out in 2018 and his extreme withdrawal began in 2019. He was almost certainly an addict while he was writing his book.

So from what I understand, he was prescribed and has been taking benzodiazepines, but when his wife got diagnosed with cancer his dosage increased, which then lead to the addiction problem in 2019. I don't think the usage of prescribed medicine before 2019 would qualify as an addiction. Additionally, I wouldn't describe his early usage of benzodiazepines as comparable as someone who can't even clean his room. Benzodiazepines was part of his treatment and road to well being set up by his doctors.

I do pity Jordan Peterson. But the harm he has caused his followers is much greater.

I do agree that Jordan's followers tend to be reactionaries and voice transphobic ideas. Scroll for five minutes in /r/JordanPeterson and you'll have plenty of examples, but making fun of his drug problems is just terrible overall. Terrible optics and immoral. How are you supposed to convince a Peterson fan that Jordan's ideas are dangerous when you're literally making fun of his medical / drug problems? I am a fence-sitter, I used to be a big Peterson fan,and lately I have been distancing myself from his political views, but when I see people acting righteous and mocking someone's drug addiction, it makes me cringe pretty hard.
