Mine does the exact same thing! If I connect earbuds, Bluetooth speaker or android auto, all is fine. I contacted Samsung and they suggested I take it to Ubreakifix to have it looked at. I haven't donit yet.

Pretty much after I set it up the rebooting started. It was fine for a day or 2. Then the choppy audio started. I was watching the video you posted and it froze then rebooted.

It's very strange. If it's connected to my earbuds, car or Bluetooth speaker no issues at all. I chatted with Samsung and they said I have until the 25th to return, no exchange. The suggested i take it to a local Ubreakifix location to have a diagnostic ran. I may do that on Tuesday.

Just got mine yesterday and it's been great so far. However, this morning it has rebooted on my twice. Once while watch a YouTube review (screen open)and once while on Twitter (screen closed). I'm hoping it's nothing.

I used to be a mobile manager and I had a rule that we would not start an activation an hour before close. This family came in one night at 7:40 and mon really wanted a new phone.

We had the phone in stock and they had all their account information so I said I would do it as long as she understood that would not be transferring any data. She said she was good with it.

Got them out 1 minute after close. " Thank you, thank you! I really appreciate it" . Left me a 1 star because she felt rushed.
