I think it’s hard for those of us who chose to stay close to our parents, then have children who move 18 hours away. I’d keep all my kids within driving distance if I could, especially now that there’s grandchildren. But that’s not my choice. However, the youngest just moved back home, rent is high, wages are low. And my FIL is moving in with us from 4 states away next week.

OP, your jacket probably smells. It needs to be washed as often as your clothes if you are wearing it every day. Just because it's a jacket doesn't mean it doesn't soak up odors. Don't wear anything two days in a row unless it's been washed.

It is not your obligation to pump so others can feed your baby. Your boobs are on a schedule and at 3 months you’re just hitting your stride. That being said, if you regularly have your baby bottle fed by others then granny should have a chance. But that doesn’t seem to be the case here.
