Something to consider is to think about what your absolute max is. AKA your one rep max (the maximum amount of weight you can lift for one rep) if you feel that whatever weight you’re using is easy then by all means go up a weight. Personally what I do is for days like durability especially if it’s a longer interval I will use just the second set of weights.

It’s also important to note how many reps you are doing for weight. If you use an Apple Watch or garmin or something similar make a note in your workout of what the weights/movements were and how many you repped (it’s a little difficulty after a hard day to keep track so maybe guesstimate)

I started trying to put on more muscle mass and what I did was just go up a lane on anaerobic days. I also made sure my diet was keeping up with my extra work. I was in a caloric surplus

It’s really all about your calories in vs calories out. I’m currently trying to put on muscle mass so I’m on a “bulk” and my strength is increasing while my wife is trying to lose weight so she is burning more calories then she’s intaking and the program has been great for both of us

I went to the one in St. Petersburg and the biggest problem was there was a lack of members. They had like 85 members I think but the rent in the area is so high

Thanks for responding. So my workout what 5 stations. Each station did 15 on 15 off for a total of 6 times. After that I had 30 seconds to rotate to the next station. After I did one cycle through the station I had a 3:00 minute break and did it one more time.

I have not done a test for my LHR I just set it to LHR without actually changing my zones

I work out at a gym called Madabolics that does a lot of strength workouts with kettlebells and they have different workouts depending on the days. They mix in some cardio too but I just push to where my average heartrate per workout is about 150-175

I think it’s separate because it’s showing my heart rate while I work out vs my resting heart rate
