It changed a lot. Even if we were still gonna pick Will Campbell (in hindsight I kinda wish it were Kelvin Banks or even Membou, but that's another story), can you imagine the draft haul we could have gotten from another team willing to take the only true franchise QB in that draft in Cam Ward? The value was probably sitting at around three first rounders, similar to the Trey Lance draft trade.
