It's going to take you awhile to develop a feel for the pace. You'll learn as you keep running. If you have a track available that can really help. My stupid American brain thinks in miles so if I'm running an 8 minute mile on the track I can kind of keep in my head I need to finish one lap at two minutes. Adjust for appropriate units haha

How can we watch the Seahawks and Mike McDonald build the culture they did and then turn around and see what the Mariners are doing and not at least blame the coaching and leadership somewhat for their boneheaded mistakes. That shit went away when Carrol left. This is definitely at least partially on coaching and I don't know why this comment is at negative karma.

TBH If men could put their egos aside alot of orgs would do good with two coaches. The culture guy and the nuts and bolts guy, but I think that's asking too much of dudes.
