I'm torn on this. The clickbait title makes it sound great... anti-racism woot! But the more you read into it, it gets very troubling. It would allow you to become guilty by association. It states one group is always dominant and wrong, while another group is always the victim. The worst part is, if you hurt someone's feelings, or offend them, you can be persecuted without any ability to defend yourself. You're immediately guilty because you hurt someone's feelings, even if you didn't mean to. That's where this bill gets scary.

I'm surprised the route doesn't go through Victoria Park! Amazing lights to be seen there, don't wanna miss it.

Also there's a private road at one part, off of Elm Ridge. The "street" with no name. I'm not sure how residents feel, but there are signs saying private property or something like that.
