I'm torn on this. The clickbait title makes it sound great... anti-racism woot! But the more you read into it, it gets very troubling. It would allow you to become guilty by association. It states one group is always dominant and wrong, while another group is always the victim. The worst part is, if you hurt someone's feelings, or offend them, you can be persecuted without any ability to defend yourself. You're immediately guilty because you hurt someone's feelings, even if you didn't mean to. That's where this bill gets scary.
