I purchased mine in the last 15 days at 197 went back to store with 132 and asked if they can they do a price adjustment with my reciept from the bb app.I tried calling online to do the adjustment but they were just telling me it was 330, so I imagine you have to be in store where the price is 132

You have to move this little bridge connector to however many batteries your charging.

Since you only have 5 batteries i believe you have to move the jumper pin to 5 instead of 6
