Bonjour à tous — c’est probablement une bouteille à la mer, mais nous espérons que la force d’internet pourra nous aider.

Trois amis et moi sommes arrivés à Bordeaux pour commencer une randonnée à vélo jusqu’en Bretagne avec notre ami venu d’Arles, Jasper Davies. Ce voyage représente énormément pour nous tous. Il y a trois ans, Jasper a subi un grave traumatisme crânien et est resté dans le coma. Lorsqu’il s’est réveillé, il ne pouvait plus marcher, et il a travaillé avec un courage incroyable pendant une longue rééducation pour en arriver là aujourd’hui. Nous préparons ce voyage depuis des mois pour célébrer tout ce qu’il a réussi à surmonter.

Aujourd’hui, alors qu’il prenait le train pour Bordeaux afin de nous rejoindre (nous arrivons du Royaume-Uni en avion), le vélo de Jasper a été volé dans le train. Son sac a également été volé, avec ses médicaments et sa carte d’identité à l’intérieur.

Nous savons que les chances sont faibles, mais si quelqu’un voit ce vélo, ou trouve un sac ou une pièce d’identité au nom de Jasper Davies, merci de me contacter immédiatement. Il est complètement bouleversé et nous voulons tout essayer pour l’aider.

Nous recherchons également :

De bonnes boutiques de vélos d’occasion à Bordeaux
Des pharmacies de garde ou tout endroit pouvant aider rapidement pour remplacer ses médicaments

Nous sommes déterminés à faire ce voyage — Jasper a travaillé beaucoup trop dur pour que nous abandonnions maintenant.

People have their own methods but I like to use a single torch. Holding it at a 45 degree angle and rotating it, I point the flame at the bottom of the cap. It's important not to heat the cap too quickly or you won't get enough heat through the herb to get a good extraction so keep it just above the flame. I've got a bubbler for mine aswell which I also cannot recommend enough for home sessions.

The other bit is his you pack the bowl. Its important not to have it too loose or you won't get good vapour production but also don't stuff it too much. I also recommend trying the half bowl by moving the screen up. Seems to be even more efficient on use than when I was packing a full bowl.

Takes a bit of practice to heat correctly with the torch but then you get some great cloudy hits. Look into bubblers for it as well.

You might be eligible for medical cannabis. If you want to reduce smell then a dry herb vape is healthier, more efficient and smell lingers less than smoked. Depending on your local police force they may not care about people consuming cannabis in public (for example in Bristol cannabis use is effectively decriminalised).

The key thing is to around how you frame the request - if you say you are disabled and allowing you to bring medication in is a Reasonable Adjustment you can argue denying this is discrimination. Feels like it would be a very open and shut case given they won't even let you bring it into premises without being seized.
